80th Anniversary of Santa Clara County Fair (2nd Weekend)

Last year, our Association had an information booth and truly enjoyed talking about the 'wonder of horses' with the public. This year, the Fair has invited us to be even more involved and instead of talking about horses, we've been invited to bring our horses!

The Fair has assigned us an equine section, next to the main entrance and the other livestock displays. We will have 'meet & greet' photo sessions with horses, grooming time and volunteers at our booth will use this incredible opportunity to engage the public in explaining the importance of preserving rural pasture land and championing shared-use trail safety.

Last year's Fair had 80,000 people in attendance and this year promises even more. Our equine section will be open from Thursday July 25 – Sunday July 28, 3pm-8pm and then again, Thursday Aug.1 – Sunday Aug. 4, 3pm-8pm. Hope to see you there!
